The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in nutshell is that the petitioners and his family member has taken money from the informant and later on, on demand they refused to return the money and cut off the means of communication from

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that the petitioners are facing a very hard time and anyhow managing their lives. Good sense has been prevailed between the parties and compromise petition has been filed, which is annexed as Annexure 5.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 905 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
