The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.12.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,467,468,471 and 120B of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that the petitioner pretending to be an Advocate's Clerk tried to get an affidavit done on a forged stamp.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was also not aware about the stamp being forged and he is an Advocate's Clerk.

Learned APP submits that there is specific accusation against the petitioner.
