The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.2.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was the prosecution party who damaged the crops of the petitioner side for which an altercation ensued between them. There is a case and counter case and both sides sustained injuries. Petitioner is in custody since 27.2.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the background in which the offence took place between the parties, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail
