The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 87 of 2017 arising out of Sherghati P.S. Case No. 293 of 2016 registered under sections 302 and 201 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of 4th Additional District Judge, Gaya.

Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 27.03.2017 vide Cr. Misc. 3276 of 2017 on merit. Now, no fresh ground is made out on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The report, as called for from the 4th Additional District Judge, Gaya, shows that the trial is in progress.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28461 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
