2. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that selection of the petitioner was required to be done in accordance with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18513 of 2012(3) dt.13-05-2024 2/2 guidelines of year 2010 relating to the appointment of 'Aanganbari Sevika', the application with respect to the selection of 'Aanganbari Sevika' for Centre No.097 of Nakuni Panchayat, Hasanpur Block, District- Samastipur was found not satisfactory as the petitioner was closely related to the Panchayat Samiti member. He further submits that otherwise also, the present writ petition has become infructuous, as the selection relates to the year 2011-2012.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court finds that no consideration is required and, accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
