The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 205 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that the recovery has been made from the field. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30235 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2021 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kotwa P.S.
