2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiation of a contempt proceeding and for punishing the opposite parties for wilful disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 27.02.2020 passed in CWJC No. 22297 of 2018 by which the Hon'ble Court was pleased to disposed of the writ application with a direction to calculate the entitlement and make payment the dues within three months.

3. Though, a show cause of opposite party nos. 2 and 3 is on record, learned counsel for the University, Ms. Anita Kumari has provided the document issued by the said University which shows that Rs. 13,50,589/- has been credited in the SBI account of the petitioner. This happened on 12.09.2023. Beside the said amount, the chart dated 05.02.2020 shows that that difference of amount of Rs.20,71, 978/- has also been paid.

4. Let the two documents be kept on record and

Patna High Court MJC No.1437 of 2021(3) dt.11-03-2026 3/3 learned counsel for the University shall be providing copies of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In that background, the order stands complied. The MJC No. 1437 of 2021 is disposed of.

6. Before parting, this Court would like to put on record its word of appreciation for Ms. Anita Kumari for the proper assistance rendered in the matter which led to the disposal of the present contempt petition.
