2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 dated 20.02.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and the co-accused persons are alleged to have come with deadly weapons and the co-accused Saroj Singh assaulted one Bacha Singh on his head with spade causing head injury and he became unconscious. Thereafter, all the accused persons also

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is case and counter between the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. As per the injury report, the injured Bacha Singh sustained simple injury caused by sharp object and the injured Raju Ranjan Singh sustained five injuries and out of which four injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent and the petitioner no. 2 has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024, with a condition/s:-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33333 of 2024(2) dt.09-05-2024 3/3 (i). The petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioners are liable to cancelled.
7. The application stands allowed.
