The petitioner has sought a direction for quashing of the Vigilance Case, initiated by the respondent- Corporation, regarding certain violation stated to have been made by the petitioner. A show cause notice dated 20.06.2020 was issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has promptly filed his reply but the matter has not been decided till now.

We hereby dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the concerned Authority to decide the case of the petitioner expeditiously, in any case, not later than 08 weeks. If
