2. From the materials on record, the Court does not find that there is any violation of the order dated 17.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 376 of 2016.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are other heads on which payments have not been made like GIC.

5. Learned counsel for the University submitted that the petitioner had not filed any representation with regard to what were his dues. It was submitted that under such circumstances, the University on its own has worked out the entitlement and has paid the dues.

6. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court gives liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Registrar of the University with regard to any remaining grievance head wise. If the same is done within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall look into the matter and get it verified from the records and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from filing of the representation. If it transpires that any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within the next three weeks.
