The petitioners are in custody in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 332, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 19.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that no specific allegations were levelled against the petitioners and as such offences under Sections 341, 323, 332, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code are not made out. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Buxar, in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019.
