Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 159 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 341, 323, 332, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and village politics. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 06.04.2018 and 10.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 13529 of 2018 and 29187 of 2019 respectively (Annexure-2 series).

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50165 of 2018(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 159 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
