The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(I)To direct the respondent/authorities to demolish the illegal construction over the land in question provide and heavy compensation to the petitioner and take appropriate action against the responsible officials for said illegal construction over the land."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.25617 of 2013(5) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.
