Earlier the petitioners were granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 11.4.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13677 of 2018, however it is submitted that they could not appear as they were not granted leave from the office. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they had not been granted leave as such they could not surrender in the court below and make prayer for regular bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with modification in the earlier order and the period of surrender is extended for further 10 days.
