2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) against the judgement dated 29-11-2019 passed by Id. court of 1st Addl. Distt. Judgecum - claim tribunal judge, Samastipur in claim case no:- 164/2015/166/2015 whereby the claim of the claimant has been allowed and the o. p. no:- 2, National insurance Company Ltd. has been directed to make payment of Rs:- 5,79,776/- alongwith

Patna High Court MA No.432 of 2021(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 interest @6% per annum to the claimants from the date of filing of the claim application till its payment within three months from the date of order.

3. Mr. Raj Kumar Singh Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
