Dispute is in between spouses whereupon, after appearance of OP No.2, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre and the report of Mediator dated 21.01.2020 is on the record wherefrom, it is evident that the parties have compromised. Not only this, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that spouses are leading their marital life happily.

That being so, the matter is referred the learned lower court and in case of acceptance of OP No.2 regarding reunion, the learned lower court will release the petitioner on bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37528 of 2019(8) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 otherwise, will pass necessary orders.

In terms thereof, instant petition stands disposed of. The interim order dated 21.08.2019 whereunder coercive steps against the petitioner has been stayed, is also disposed in terms thereof.
