1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated

Patna High Court MJC No.1356 of 2023(3) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 01.11.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.10879 of 2020, the encroachment in question has already stood removed on 21.07.2023, hence nothing survives for consideration in the present proceedings.

2. This Court finds that neither any rejoinder affidavit has been filed to rebut the aforesaid contention made on behalf of the opposite parties nor there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
