JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2023 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 09.02.2023, passed by the District Magistrate-cum-Second Appellate Officer, Public Grievance Redressal Authority, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his relief to issuance of direction to the Circle Officer, Nawanagar, Buxar, to dispose off the pending Encroachment Case No.01 of 2021-22.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to

Patna High Court CWJC No.7212 of 2023(2) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the Circle Officer, Nawanagar, Buxar to dispose off the aforesaid Encroachment Case No.01 of 2021-22, in case the same has not already been disposed off, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, after hearing the affected parties and in accordance with law, forthwith The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
