2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition, he seeks to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Patna.

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Patna, is directed to take appropriate legal action on the representation of the petitioner and if payments are required to be made, the same be paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks or he may reject his claim by passing a reasoned order
