The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No.26 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 376, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence (POCSO) Act.

Petitioner is the father of a person who has committed rape upon the victim girl.

Considering the age of the petitioner and in view of the fact that he is not involved in the crime, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
