1. The learned counsel for the petitioner has, at the outset, referred to paragraph no.14 of the present writ petition, to submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Divisional Commissioner, Munger on 17.08.2017, has not yet been finally decided, hence directions be issued to the Divisional Commissioner, Munger, to pass a final order in the aforesaid appeal.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the aforesaid appeal is still pending, the same would definitely be decided within a stipulated time frame, as fixed by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Munger, to dispose off the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner, in case the same has not yet been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
