2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 468 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021 instituted under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302, 120(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code has also been added.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant got information that his daughter was killed by her in-laws and her dead body was disappeared.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is sister-in-law (gotni) of the deceased and she had separate in mess and property and has no concerned with the alleged occurrence. There is no specific allegation against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34674 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 petitioner having no criminal antecedent. There is no eyewitness to the alleged occurrence.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other similarly situated co-accused person namely Karan Ram has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 27481 of 2023.
6. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 468 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) Anand Kr.
