2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.
3. Prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the petitioners and other coaccused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner have got no criminal

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the age of the victim is about 19-20 years and statement of victim was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has not supported the prosecution case.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 174 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
