JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 This writ application has been filed seeking quashing of memo No. 248 dated 01.03.2017 whereby the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Teghra in the district of Begusarai had put the services of the petitioner under the Chief Engineer, Rural Works Department, Bihar. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents-State of Bihar. It has been stated in paragraph-12 thereof that the Government of Bihar has cancelled the said memo No. 248 dated 01.03.2017, which has been impugned in the present writ application.
