2. The petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ of mandamus for commanding the respondents to pay Rs. 75774/- for the expenses made through the petitioner in carrying out S.G.H. Training Programme at Village Bhadaur under Pandarakh Block in the district of Patna, the petitioner further prays for a direction to the respondents to pay the above amount along with interest @ 10 % calculated from due date of payment till the amount is actually paid, for meeting the damages and compensation on account of delayed disbursement of the

Since the present writ application has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus without making any representation before the respondent no. 2 i.e. District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Patna, therefore this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Patna within one month from today and if such a representation is filed by the petitioner, District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Patna, shall hear and decide the same on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observation, direction and liberty granted, the present writ application stands disposed of. All pending I.As, if any shall be deemed to have been disposed of.
