JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR) 26-08-2019 In compliance with the order dated 09/07/2019 the Superintendent Of Police, Sitamarhi has sent its report vide letter no. 145 dated 27.07.2019 which indicates that the sole appellant during pendency of the appeal died on 01.12.2014. Along with the report the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi has also sent certified photo copy of death certificate. In view of the fact that the sole appellant - Harinandan Rai, son of Late Saryug Rai, resident of village - Bela Khap, P.S. - Parihar, District - Sitamarhi who was convicted and sentenced in Sessions Trial No. 148 of 2010 (arising out of Parihar P.S. Case No. 117 of 2009 ) died during pendency of the appeal, the appeal stands abated and accordingly, it stands disposed of.
