The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of throwing hot water upon the body of the informant by the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that both parties are own agnates. It is submitted that the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Case No. 82 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
