1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant writ application for the following relief :- "That this is an application for
3/4 issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the Notification No.364(3), 366(3) to 397(3) all dated 30.6.2012 by which the Respondents No. 5 to 37 who are juniors to the petitioner, have been posted on the higher post of either as Civil Surgeon-Cum-Chief Medical Officer or Additional Chief Medical Officer or equivalent posts; and further to quash Notification No. 645(3) dated 19.9.2011 by which the Respondent No-4 Dr. Husna Ara Begum Lady Medical Officer, Sub Divisional Officer, Araria have been posted as Regional Deputy Director of Purnea Division, Purnea; and further for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the Respondents to promote the petitioner as Civil Surgeon and grant him all consequential benefits."
3. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 27.8.2025 also when the Court was pleased to record the following order :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for accommodation. Learned counsel for the petitioner and for the respondent no.34 are present.
2. This is an old matter of the year 2012 and still the petitioner is not taking interest in pressing the writ application.
3. The case is being adjourned by way
4/4 of last chance, if on the next date also the petitioner is not interested in pressing the writ application, then the Court may consider dismissing it for non-prosecution.
