In view of the fact that now Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teachers (Employment and Service Conditions) Rule, 2023, has come into force for conducting recruitment of the teachers on regular basis through open competitive examination held by Bihar Public Service Commission, no relief can be granted to the petitioners.
3. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
