Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The petitioner, being aggrieved by the order dated 26.09.2011, passed in Case No. 419 of 2010, by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Jamui, directly

Patna High Court CWJC No.20043 of 2012(8) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 approached this Court, without approaching the State Appellate Authority.

In view of the nature of dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority, by filing an appeal, against the order dated 26.09.2011, passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Jamui. 4.

It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ application is disposed.
