The petitioner seeks bail in Yogapatty (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 379, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of Khanti and later on, by Fasuli causing injury to her.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is case and counter case and due to land dispute the alleged occurrence took place. There is delay of 22 days in lodging of the FIR for which no plausible explanation has been given. Both sides sustained injury and they are Gotia. Petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2021 having clean antecedent. Investigation

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatty (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019.
