2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"I. To direct the concerned Respondents to pay the benefit at the Rate of 12% after time bond promotion on 1.7.87.

II. To grant/allow 2nd promotion from 1.4.84 and 3rd Promotion from 1.4.87 as became due to the petitioner as per rule.

III. After grant of first relief adding 12%

Patna High Court CWJC No.19079 of 2012(8) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 benefit of pension, Gratuity, earned leave etc. will be ipso facto revised and the same will be increased. IV. The petitioner is entitled to get monetary Benefit in lieu of post.

V. To grant any other relief/reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 25.8.2025 when this Court recorded the following order: "No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent-State is present.

2. This is an old mater of the year 2013 (sic) and still the petitioner is not showing interest in appearing and pressing the writ application.

3. One last indulgence is being granted to the petitioner, flailing (sic) which on the next date, the Court may consider dismissing the writ application on merits.

4. Put up this case on 15.09.2025."
