2. The defect(s) as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter is ignored.

3. At the joint request of both the counsels, the matter is being taken up for disposal.

4. The petitioner has filed this writ application with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.7955 of 2026(2) dt.30-06-2026 2/2 solitary relief for issuance of a direction to the Circle Officer, Siswan, Siwan (respondent no. 4) for disposal of representation filed before him on 05.02.2026. He further submits that till date his representation has not even been considered by the concerned Circle Officer.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner is raising disputed question of fact which can only be considered in an appropriate proceeding and that too after having heard all the parties concerned.

6. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed off with a direction to the Circle Officer, Siswan, Siwan (respondent no. 4) to dispose off the representation filed before him way back in the month of February, 2026 within a period of three weeks henceforth and to act in accordance with law.
