The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a)/32 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was seized from an alto car as well as a truck. The petitioner was not there at the time of seizure, however, allegation is that the alto car was being used by the petitioner.
