Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for his absorption/appointment to the post of Driver of the staff car for the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. Counsel submits that the petitioner has been appointed on the post of Peon-cumDriver by the Selection Committee on temporary basis vide letter dated 02.08.1985 issued under the signature of Registrar, Civil Court, Ara. Counsel further submits that with regard to his

Patna High Court CWJC No.15020 of 2013(9) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 relief, petitioner has filed several representations before the District and Sessions Judge, Patna through the Registrar, Civil Court, Patna which is annexed as Annexures-8, 10 and 14, but till date, no decision has been taken on the petitioner's representations and if any, no communication has been made to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 to 6 submits that a time may be fixed so that decision may be taken on the petitioner's representation.

4. In this view of the matter, petitioner is hereby directed to file a fresh representation before the District & Sessions Judge, Patna (Respondent no.3) annexing all the earlier representations along with a copy of this order within 30 days and Respondent no.3 is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner within 90 days from the date of receiving the said representation.

5. Hence, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
