This is an application seeking quashing of the First Information Report of Alipur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016, dated 27.01.2016, which has been registered under Sections
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21511 of 2016(4) dt.04-11-2020 2/2 341, 323, 504, 506 and 468-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that there is a matrimonial dispute and all the family members have been made accused in this case.
The petitioners as well as the opposite party No. 2 are directed to appear before the Court below. The Court below, on appearance of the parties, shall explore the possibilities of a settlement either by himself or by referring the matter to the Mediation Centre of the district. The Court below shall monitor the expeditious completion of the mediation proceedings.
If the parties come to an amicable settlement, the same shall be taken note of by the Court below and necessary order shall be passed.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the application stands disposed off.
