On the previous occasion i.e., 19.06.2025 also, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and it was made clear that if the petitioner will not appear on the next date, the Court may consider dismissing the writ application for non prosecution. Today again, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this writ application.
