This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 430 of 2015 dated 14.10.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 467, 468, 420, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7(2) of the Bihar Protection of Interests of Depositor's Act, 2002. Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned counsel for the State has pointed out that this is a case of the year 2015 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed by now.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16991 of 2016(5) dt.10-09-2020 2/2 If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the same must be concluded within a period of three months.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
