2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(6)/34 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have committed loot of mobile and Rs.1260/- from the informant in early morning hours after brutally assaulting the informant. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused, namely, Saurav.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30954 of 2025(4) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner is involved in loot, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
