2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for a direction to the respondent authorities to provide certified copies of the survey Khatian Map, survey map and the Zamindari retum in regard to the lands mentioned hereinafter in the circumstances set forth below.

3. The petitioner has come with a simple prayer to provide certified copies of the survey khatian, survey map and the zamindari return.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if the same has not been provided, if the petitioner files a fresh petition along with requisite fee, the same shall be immediately provided.

5. The matter relates to the case, details of which is in paragraph 4 and record as under:

6. It is unfortunate that even for such limited prayer, the petitioner has to move before this Court.

7. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to file a fresh petition along with requisite fee and the respondents shall be duty-bound to provide the certified copies within a period of six weeks and failure to do so, the petitioner will be entitled to a cost of Rs. 2,000/-.

8. The aforesaid order has been passed under the belief that the certified copies have still not been hand over to the petitioner and if the same has already been done, no further step has to be taken.

9. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation.
