Revision Case No. 05 of 2021, preferred by him against the orders of cancellation of license by the Licensing Authority and its approval by the Appellate Authority, is pending before the Revisional Authority viz. the Commissioner, Darbhanga, which has not yet been disposed of.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8599 of 2022 dt.21-10-2022 2/2 The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a direction be given to the Revisional Authority to dispose of the revision petition, giving reasons in support of the order so passed by the Authority Acceding to the aforenoted reasonable prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, we direct the Revisional Authority to conclude the hearing of the revision petition and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, giving reasons in support of the same within a period of sixty days from the date of presentation of a copy of this order before the Authority. With the aforenoted observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
