JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the State as well as learned counsel for the University.

Learned counsel for the University submits that in the process of expediting payment of amounts outstanding to employees of the University, uptil now an amount of

Patna High Court MJC No.678 of 2013(21) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 Rs.4,30,161/- has been paid to the petitioners as per availability of funds.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there are much more dues outstanding against the respondents.

This Court would find that on 2.1.2019 in respect of petitioners no. 1, 2, 3 and 5 the Court has disposed of contempt application with liberty to raise the grievance with respect to error in calculation with the University by filing representation within a period of one month.

Since claim of the petitioner no.4 had not been redressed, mater was kept pending. Now in view of submissions made by the University's counsel regarding payment as recorded herein above, the contempt application in respect of petitioner no.4 is also disposed of with similar liberty to raise his grievance with regard to error in calculation as well as other outstanding dues by filing a representation.
