====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.51 of 2018/Registration No.225 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that six persons, named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners forcibly entered into the house of the informant Sanju Devi and started to abuse and laid her on the ground. At that time, the petitioner no.2 Rinku Pandey caused blood oozing injury at the head of the informant through iron rod. When Vikash Kumar, the son of the informant, rushed to save her, petitioner no.1 Mritunjay Pandey caused blood oozing

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out of the three injuries, as found on the person of the informant, two are simple in nature, whereas one injury, which is diffuse swelling over her right forearm, is grievous in nature. So far as the nature of the injury of Vikash Kumar, the son of the informant, is concerned, the same is simple in nature. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.51 of 2018/Registration No.225 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U
