The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 92 of 2017, Kunauli P.S. Case No. 42 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.09.2016. He further submits that petitioner is accused in other cases but the fact remains that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two years and seven months. Considering the period of custody for more than two years and seven months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on
