BAJANTHRI) 22-07-2024 Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the present matter is similar to that of order passed in CWJC No. 15995 of 2021. On this issue, learned counsel for the petitioners disputed. To that effect, we have summoned service records of the respondent.

2. Perusal of the service records, it is evident that the date of birth of the contesting respondent is 06.02.1973. The same cannot be altered by the petitioners in the absence of material information and so also after holding inquiry within a reasonable period of time. Therefore, the petitioners have not made out a case. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed in the light of the order dated 02.07.2024 passed in CWJC No. 15995 of 2021.
