Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been partly complied with but learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that all retiral benefits have already been paid to the petitioner.
Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of this contempt petition with liberty to the petitioner to
Patna High Court MJC No.1582 of 2017(6) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 file a detailed representation before the authority showing nonpayment of any amount on any Head and on such, the authority shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within two months from the date of representation.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, this contempt petition is disposed of.
