Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.2163C of 2017 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint case was filed on 20.09.2017 and complainant also filed Maintenance Case No.44 of 2018. The complainant deposed in her maintenance case and disclosed that she is not willing to live with her husband. She filed a case for one time settlement of the dispute and getting Talaq from her husband (Annexure-2). It is further submitted that the petitioner is always
