Petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.12/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Earlier vide order dated 22.02.2021, a report was called for from the learned trial court which has been received and is kept at 'Flag-A'. The learned Additional Sessions JudgeVII, Danapur has reported that the case is fixed for argument and it is likely to be disposed off in next two months.
