On being asked, whether the petitioner is paying the maintenance amount, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the moment, he is not able to answer this question. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 submits that no payment is being made pursuant to the order dated 27.08.2012.
It seems that the order dated 27.08.2012 was challenged in the year 2015 and the petitioner has no interest in paying the maintenance amount to the wife and children.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30703 of 2015(4) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 In view of the above, this application is dismissed. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnia, is directed to take all coercive steps against the petitioner for recovery of the maintenance dues and up-to-date payment by hearing the case on day-to-day basis and he will file a report within one month as to the steps taken for compliance of this order. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnia, through FAX and e-mail forthwith for its compliance.
