By way of present modification application, order dated 28.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66341 of 2022 is sought to be modified to the extent that name of husband of the petitioner be read as 'Sanjeet Yadav' in place of "Sujit Yadav", which is stated to be, inadvertently, typed in the memo of bail application and, accordingly, same has been recorded in the order under modification.

Apparently, a typographical mistake took place and the name of husband of the petitioner is, inadvertently, typed as Sujit Yadav in the array of parties of main bail application, this fact clearly corroborates from the Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the petitioner.

No.32865 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main bail petition and, consequently, the order under modification is modified to the aforesaid extent only. Accordingly, name of husband of the petitioner be read as "Sanjeet Yadav" in the order dated 28.04.2023.

The modification application stands allowed.
